Self educator

This has been proved by this "lingo" kid who speaks various languages in order to sell the peacock fans outside Hanging Garden in South Mumbai

He took the initiative himself and learned different languages from the tourists he came across. His sentences are not grammatically correct or well formed, yet what he speaks is enough to get the job done!

I guess Lalu Yadav is a good example of this. An excellent communicator regardless of his not so proficient language. Many well versed politicians might not be able to connect with their audience as much as he can.
